Notes
- devices with a private dns features
- turn it on/off manually so you can use or disable data saver anytime
- some apps don't get notifications because the apps think that you don't have internet access (more often happens when the screen is off, and only needed to open the app to get notifications in the background)
- you can't download or upload any attachments until you turn it off (this method not working for Telegram & Instagram)
- use this app for shortcut from quick settings so you can turn it on/off quickly when needed/not
How to use
- open settings > connections > private dns (or you can search it in search bar)
- type anything you want, if it's not a registered dns network then it can be used for Ultra Data Saver (for the tutorial i will using kentang)
- as long as the dns is not connected, then the Ultra Data Saver will work
